Mark Hoonsbeen, CFA, Principal
Mark Hoonsbeen has worked in the investment industry since the mid-1980's and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charter holder. Before becoming principal of Nicollet Investment Management, he was a portfolio manager at Investment Advisers Inc., where he managed mutual funds and corporate/governmental investment accounts. He began his investment career at The St. Paul Companies in 1986, where he started with the company's bond investments and then became a manager of the company's stock and venture capital investments.
Mark is active in investment, professional, and community organizations. These include the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute, the CFA Society of Minnesota, the Minneapolis Rotary, and St. Paul Area Boy Scouts of America. He earned a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from St. Cloud University and a M.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois.
